H Pete Melancon is our CEO & General Manager.  He brings to the table 4 decades of Domestic & International experience in "getting it done" and building World Class Safety & Operational Excellence Cultures.

We offer a range of safety & quality consulting services, all designed to help your company reach its potential. Whether you're looking for a small tweak or complete overhaul, we have you covered. Our services are available a la carte so you can get precisely what you need.

In general we do not provide Traditional Safety Training.  We will help you to fill any needs or gaps in training by referring you to one of our trusted business partners who are in the training business.

Our commitment to you is that if we can not do something to our own standards, we will simply not do it, but will help you to get it done. 

Many providers & consultants focus on one methodology, while not being open to what each can bring.  Those blinders and inability to see laterally can inhibit your progress to World Class Performance.

Many will focus on a single process as the ultimate solution, decrying as ineffective & flawed others in the myriad of processes available for Safety, Quality, & Efficiency today.

Behavior Based Safety, Human Factors, Human & Organizational Factors, Lean Sigma, Kaizen, TQA, QMS, Popcorn Based Safety, even the works of Deming applied to Safety, etc. etc. etc.

We DO NOT minimize any of them.  Each brings something unique & valid to the table.  We are fluent in, & use each of them as needed based on the needs of a particular organization.

In Safety & World Class, the "answer to the question," which process is best to achieve optimum performance, is "ALL OF THE ABOVE," applied to the specific circumstances & situation of your team.

One thing to consider is that we may not be a good fit for everyone.  We are lateral communicators who will touch every part of your organization.  If you really want change, we are probably a good fit.  If you're going to resist change, wanting World Class but not are not willing to change we are not going to be a good fit for your efforts.

We don't want the 80th percentile, either in Employees or Business Partners, we want the 20th percentile, who are committed to excellence.
